Access to Marriott Bonvoy® is provided via membership in the Marriott Bonvoy program, and is subject to the Marriott Bonvoy Terms & Conditions and the terms and conditions as outlined in the applicable Abound program documents. Actual participating resorts and hotels are subject to change. The Marriott Bonvoy program may be discontinued at any time. Some Abound exchange program Enrolled Owners will be unable to trade their usage for Marriott Bonvoy Points.

Access to other vacation experiences is made available through the Abound exchange program and is subject to the terms and conditions as outlined in the applicable Abound exchange program documents. Actual experiences will be provided via contractual arrangements with third-party providers and may require the payment of additional fees. The experiences described herein are examples of potential vacation opportunities and are subject to change. 

Access to resorts and services described as part of the Exchange with Interval International® is provided via an affiliation with Interval International, Inc. and is subject to Interval International, Inc.‘s terms and conditions. Actual participating resorts are subject to change. Participation in Exchange with Interval International may require the payment of additional fees.

The Marriott Vacation Club® Resorts is comprised of timeshare interests owned by the MVC Trust and available for usage through the Marriott Vacation Club Destinations® timeshare plan and timeshare interests that are available for usage through the MVC Exchange Company; please see the applicable Abound exchange program documents for more information. Resorts with property that comprise the MVC Trust are described in the documents provided at the time of sale, and more particularly on the exhibit entitled Component Site Chart, which may be revised from time to time. Request for occupancy at resorts with small amounts of property in the MVC Trust, as set forth in the Component Site Chart, will be fulfilled primarily through the Abound exchange program. As of February 27, 2024, there are currently timeshare interests located at 77 resorts owned by the MVC Trust and those resorts are designated with a symbol T. As of August 28, 2025, there are approximately 111 resorts, including the aforementioned 77 resorts, with timeshare interests available for exchange through the Abound exchange program, and those resorts are designated with the symbol E. Please see the applicable the Abound exchange program documents for more information.

Owners and Enrolled Owners must consult the Reservation Procedures and Exchange Procedures for more details.
For properties made available only through the Abound exchange program, the Club Points  requirements set forth in the Points Charts contained in the Points Charts book and at my-vacationclub.com are subject to change by the MVC Exchange Company at any time, in accordance with Article III of the Exchange Procedures for the Abound exchange program.

1. Relative to properties included in the MVC Trust, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law, with respect to any accommodation, no change exceeding ten percent (10%) per annum in the manner in which Club Points values may be used may be made without the assent of at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the voting power of the association other than the developer.
2. No Owner will be prevented from using the trust plan as a result of changes in the manner in which Club Points values may be used.
3. In the event Club Points values are changed, no Owner will be prevented from using the accommodations in the same manner as was provided for under the original purchase contract.
4. Subject to the limitations in items 1 through 3 above and the Reservation Procedures for the Abound exchange program, the Club Points requirements set forth on the Points Charts are subject to change by the Program Manager at any time, in accordance with Article III of the Reservation Procedures. 5. Resort specific unit type descriptions are listed by each resort in the Points Charts.
6. Reserved unit types are guaranteed. However, specific views are not guaranteed and may vary from unit to unit based on changes in vegetation, surrounding conditions, and other factors.

Price of beneficial interests in the MVC Trust is $3,615–$4,520 per beneficial interest (depending on the number purchased) as of 3-31-26. Certain limitations may apply. Prices are subject to change.

Seller of Travel:

Certain travel services administered and fulfilled by MVW US Services, LLC (MVWUS") an affiliate of offer’s sponsor.  MVWUS is a Delaware limited liability company, with a place of business at 7812 Palm Parkway, Orlando, Florida 32836; 407-206-6000. MVWUS is a Registered Seller of Travel in the following states:  California: Seller of Travel Registration No. 2118734-50 (registration as a Seller of Travel in California does not constitute approval by the State of California); Washington: Seller of Travel Registration No. 603 376 450; Florida: Seller of Travel Registration No. ST39481; Hawaii: Seller of Travel Registration No. TAR-7068. The laws of California, Washington and Hawaii require certain sellers of travel to have a trust account or bond.  MVWUS has bonds issued by Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland in the amount of $50,000 each in the State of California and the State of Washington. MVWUS has a trust account (the “MVWUS Trust Account”) with Bank of Hawaii, 111 South King Street, Honolulu, HI 96813. 

If transportation or other services are canceled by MVWUS, all sums paid to MVWUS for services not performed in accordance with the contract between MVWUS and the purchaser will be refunded within 30 days of receiving the funds from the vendor with whom the services were arranged, or if the funds were not sent to the vendor, the funds shall be returned within 14 days after cancellation by MVWUS to the purchaser unless the purchaser requests the seller of travel to apply the money to another travel product and/or date. 

MVWUS is not a participant in the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund. This transaction is not covered by the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund. You are not eligible to file a claim against that fund in the event of MVWUS’s default. Upon cancellation of the transportation or travel services where the passenger is not at fault and has not canceled in violation of any terms and conditions previously clearly and conspicuously disclosed and agreed to by the passenger, all sums paid to MVWUS for services not provided will be promptly paid to the passenger, unless the passenger otherwise advises MVWUS in writing, after cancellation. This provision does not apply where MVWUS has remitted the payment to another registered wholesale seller of travel or a carrier, without obtaining a refund, and where the wholesaler or provider defaults in providing the agreed-upon transportation or service. In this situation, MVWUS will provide the passenger with a written statement accompanied by bank records establishing the disbursement of the payment, and if disbursed to a wholesale seller of travel, proof of current registration of that wholesaler.
