2 Resort Alerts: Construction Notice; Beach Rejuvenation Notice
Construction Notice

From Apr. 5, 2027 through Aug. 10, 2027, the resort will be undergoing extensive concrete renovations and exterior painting across the property.

  • Building 1 (Beach side) will be closed from Apr. 6, 2027 to July 1, 2027.

  • Building 2 (Pool side) will be closed from July 5, 2027 to Aug. 10, 2027. During this work, a portion of the pool deck will be temporarily closed.

  • The Pool and Kiddie Pool will remain open throughout the entire project. The Hot Tub may experience intermittent closures for safety while work is occurring on the adjacent building.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we enhance the resort experience for all future guests.

Beach Rejuvenation Notice

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will be completing a beach rejuvenation project between Mar. 1 and Mar. 31, 2026 to restore a 3.3 mile stretch of beaches in southern Hutchinson Island. The beachfront for the resort is expected to take a week to complete, with work occurring 24 hours a day. The beach will be closed during this time, and we anticipate construction noise throughout the week. We thank you for your patience and support through process. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Beach Equipment Rentals

Beach chairs, snorkels, kayaks, and bicycles are available for rent.

Activities Center

Monday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Please check your weekly activities calendar to see all the fun things you can do during your stay, including resort games and arts and crafts.

Children’s Pool

Open daily: 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Looking for a special place where the kids can splash and play the day away? Bring them to the Children’s Pool (located near the main pool) and take a little time to relax while they swim.

Tennis Court

Open daily: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Practice your serve on the outdoor lighted tennis court. Equipment can be found at the Activities Center.

Barbecue grills and picnic areas

Gather with family and friends and make vacation memories while you grill some fresh seafood or juicy burgers. Relax afterwards with a quiet walk on the beach just steps away.
