The weight and strength area is equipped with state-of-the-art Paramount strength equipment and a full line of Iron Grip® urethane dumbbells.

Fitness Classes

A broad range of group fitness classes are offered six days a week in the spacious aerobics studio of the Avon Recreation Center. Featuring a cushioned hardwood floor and professional sound system, you can choose from a variety of high or low impact, high or low intensity, core strength, balance, flexibility, senior activities, and yoga. You may also enjoy cycling classes in the spin studio and water fitness in the pool.
