Beach Renourishment Project

From approximately Sept. 2025 to May 2026, the Town of Hilton Head Island will be completing a Beach Renourishment Project to restore erosion of several areas of the beaches. To understand better the areas and schedule for the upcoming year, please visit here: Beach Renourishment Program.

Construction Notice

The resort will be undergoing a complete renovation of the Exterior and Interior of the Camelia & Magnolia buildings from Nov. 22, 2025 through Jan. 30, 2026. Please expect to see contractors and hear construction noise from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. during your upcoming stay.
