Construction Notice

Please note that the Royal Sonesta will be resurfacing the Main Pool deck flagstone in phases throughout 2026. During this refurbishment, the pool and hot tubs are expected to remain open, however pool deck seating will be reduced. Thank you for your understanding as they make this important update.

As these areas are shared facilities, please be aware the Food and Beverage outlets will be relocated during these renovations. Up to two whirlpools and the adjacent portion of the pool will be closed off at a time, however, the other whirlpools and the surrounding pool area will remain open. Marriott’s Kauai Beach Club Owners and guests staying at the resort may be impacted by the above as well as noise from the renovation while enjoying the common areas of the property as well as in their villa. Please note ADA routes will be provided, however, may be impacted.

Select villa lanais are undergoing railing and spalling repairs through Aug. 2026. Access and views may be limited, with possible scaffolding or cables present. All other resort amenities remain fully available.
